Reasons to Fish or Sightsee with Captain Rob

Capt Rob’s rates are less. He is an independent Captain. He strives to make your day with him the highlight of your vacation. He wants you to come back year after year. He has chartered independently for 30 years and has hundreds of repeat clients.

Capt. Rob is honest. If the fish are not biting, he will tell you on the initial conversation. This is the reason for so many repeat clients. He wants to become your friend, and see you back again next year. If the fish are not biting, he will tell you of the many more fun options you and your family can have in the boat.

Capt. Rob is a true local. He played on the Kiawah Beaches as a child before it became a resort. A master story teller, he will tell you the history of Kiawah, Seabrook, and the local area. Rob is a Charlestonian and finished college at the University of South Carolina. He has travelled all over the world, and loves to hear stories about you.

Capt Rob is a family man. He has a son that has autism. He is very patient. He knows a lot of people are unaccustomed to the water. He knows that a lot of people are new to fishing. That’s what makes it fun! Getting out and being on the water and learning new things. From the expert to the novice, Capt Rob insures you will have a great outing on the boat!

Capt Rob loves nature and history. Sometimes the fish are not biting. It’s nature. We are fortunate to have one of the largest rookeries on the east coast called Deveaux Banks. Thousands of birds nest here and to go and see this remote area and all the birds is a sight of a lifetime. Capt. Rob will also explain the erosion and accretion he has seen thru the years. How development has changed the area, and what is being done to protect the environment.

TESTIMONIALSAn experience like no other, you go fishing but you don't expect to fish this good.
